Linnea joined Luminary Therapeutics in 2024. Previously, she worked at B-MoGen Biotechnologies and Bio-Techne, where she successfully led complex projects to bring innovative cell and gene therapy reagents and technologies to market. Linnea has a strong track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance in highly regulated environments. Linnea excels at guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and mentoring team members to consistently deliver high-quality results on time.

• Holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 7 years of experience in the Cell and Gene Therapy field.
• Invited as an industry expert to give a guest lecture on Project Management to bioengineering students at UC Berkeley in their Capstone Design Course.
