John Wells

John consulted for Bain and Company (from their Boston office) helping companies develop a competitive advantage and superior business returns. He worked with other executives as a (visiting) professor in business strategy at the International Management Institute (Geneva, Switzerland), IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland), the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth, NH) and several other executive development programs.

He later served as personal advisor to the CEO of ADC (Minneapolis) to assist in a successful turnaround (from the telecom crash of 2001) and later advised executives at other Fortune 500 companies. John is currently focusing on angel investing in startups (with a focus primarily in the biotech arena). John has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt (with master’s degrees in Business and Economics).
